Fate has not been kind to Prometheus, fellow titan of Zeus. A trickster and thief. A hero of mortals. He fooled Zeus to accept sacrifices of viscera and bone while man feasts on meat at their tables. They were given fire from the gods, but was returned from them as an affront to Zeus, who took it away. As revenge and punishment he was taken by Force and Violence to the Kazbek Mountain and chained to a boulder for all eternity. Every day he is being slowly picked at, eaten, tortured by an eagle sent from the heavens, only to heal every night so that the cycle begins anew.
